Who is responsible for your data?

The website adartparis.com is published by ADART, based in Paris (France). The publisher is responsible for processing the personal data collected on this site.

What we collect, and why

When you place an order

To process an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and order details.

Why execute the sales contract, deliver products to you, answer your questions, and comply with our accounting and tax obligations.

Legal basis: performance of the contract, and legal obligation for the retention of invoices.

Payment

Payments are processed by our payment service providers. We never have access to your bank details they are transmitted directly to the service provider, who processes them according to their own terms.

Service providers used: Stripe (via WooPayments) and PayPal. 

Printing and shipping

Our prints and magazines are printed on demand. To produce and ship your order, your name and shipping address are forwarded to our printing provider, Gelato, who uses them solely for this purpose.

Legal basis: execution of the contract.

Contact form

When you write to me via the website form, I collect your name, your e-mail address, your Instagram account if you provide it, your message, and, where applicable, the photographs you choose to attach.

This information is used solely to respond to you and to prepare for our conversation. It is neither sold nor used for advertising purposes.

Legal basis: your consent, expressed by submitting the form.

If you wish to ask

Model applications may contain photographs of you. These images are used solely to evaluate the application and prepare for a potential session. They are never published or transmitted to third parties, and are deleted if no further action is taken.

If a session takes place, the distribution of the photographs taken is governed by a separately signed image rights authorization, which specifies the media, purpose, and duration.

Audience measurement and advertising

Google Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to measure its traffic: pages viewed, visit duration, origin, and device type. This data is collected in an aggregated manner and is used solely to understand how the site is used.

Pixel Meta

The site integrates an advertising tracker from Meta (Facebook, Instagram), which makes it possible to measure the effectiveness of advertisements displayed on these platforms and to deliver advertising messages to people who have visited the site.

Age verification

The site displays an age verification on the first visit. If you choose to remember your response, a technical cookie is placed on your browser for this sole purpose.

Who receives your data

  • Gelato - order printing and shipping
  • Stripe / PayPal Payment processing
  • Google — audience measurement
  • Meta — advertising measure

Some of these service providers are established outside the European Union. Any potential transfers are governed by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decision).

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of, object to, and transfer your data.

If, after contacting us, you believe that your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
